“Dr Harrington deserves 5 stars in all areas of veterinary care. She is professional but also extremely caring and responsive. She has cared for my pup since she was a young and she is almost 17! I can’t praise the care that she provides enough! She is competent, knowledgeable and as stated above genuinely caring! Excellent provider. Her office staff is also fantastic.“
“My little dope snapped his toenail off today and we came in because our regular vet was booked up. Staff was super helpful, informative, and most of all gentle and sweet with my boy. Despite being in pain he had his tail wagging and wanting belly rubs when they came in the room and was so happy with the tech he would have probably gone home with her ? Hopefully we're not back anytime soon though. 10/10“
“We recently needed medical attention for my 3 year old Golden Retriever. We were taken care of by the amazing Dr. Tinkham and everyone at VUCC Dedham. We were greeted by a friendly staff which immediately calmed our nerves. “Bonnie (and Erin) came to examine my 12 year old 120# Yellow Lab Cooper yesterday. I can't say enough good things about their service. Bonnie was recommended by Cooper's former Vet due to the fact it's very difficult and stressful to Coop to get him in the car for a visit to the Vet's office. The exam was very thorough and I felt as if they were caring for their own pet. They cleaned his ears, checked him from head to toe and gave me some solution to help with a growth on his back. Great service and very nice folks!“

“Dr mertz is great. I've been bringing a variety of animals to him over the last 10+ years. And prices are amazing for the services. I need to call them soon actually to make an appointment for my tortoises to get their nails and beaks trimmed! I've brought chickens here as well.They do take wildlife for rehab. Call first and make sure you go to the correct door for wildlife. It's not the same as the regular vet section.You can also take a tour of the facility. I think it's like 5 for self guided and 10 for a guided one. I always learn something when I'm there“
“We had a great experience taking our kitty here. Everyone was super nice and friendly! Upfront about cost and making sure we approved treatment before anything was done. Love that you can make an appointment and see wait times online. We were even seen early. Highly recommend if you need to take your pets to urgent care. So thankful for the care that was provided to us. ?“

“Dr. Temple and her team are the best! I’m new to Boston and was yet to establish care for my dog Bentley before he started having problems with his teeth. Dr. Temple made sure I had all the information I needed to feel comfortable moving forward with a complete dental removal, as Bentley has a heart murmur. The office is clean, modern, & her staff is always friendly. On top of all this prior to visiting Bentley had a medical emergency. I called her office to see if they handled emergency visits, they don’t but gave me a great referral as to where I could take him until his appointment which was so helpful!!“

“No one wants their dog to have surgery but if you have a dog that needs surgery, BVS is where you want it done!! The ENTIRE staff will treat your dog with the most outstanding TLC imaginable. Dr Briere is AWESOME. She is very kind and caring and provided me with great insight on my havanese's injury (complete CCL rupture). I chose surgery so my 9 year old little guy will have a stronger leg to use as he ages. Thank you to the ENTIRE staff - you are the best ❤️??“

“I don't think I can say enough positive things about the Boston Cat Hospital!!!I recently moved back to the area in May and needed to find a new vet for my cat. I took a gamble on this one after reading many positive reviews, and wow am I glad I chose this one!!! I only adopted Phoebe back in February, but since then she has seen three different vets, and the care we receive from Dr. Hazzard and all of the staff here. You can tell they really care for each cat and treat them as their own. Phoebe just got back from a dental surgery yesterday (at which she had 8!!! teeth extracted) and already seems to be bouncing back and devouring treats like the little rascal I know she is. Plus, they sent us home with a little photo book documenting the day and filled with before and after pictures— it was such a thoughtful gesture that I really, really appreciated! And on top of everything, I really appreciate how transparent they are when it comes to the expenses. It definitely was something I wanted in a vet and I am so glad the Boston Cat Hospital is able to provide that.To all the staff, thank you so much for taking wonderful care of my girl! I can't recommend this place enough.“
