“The staff was very helpful and kept us informed during an ER while we had a routine appointment. Clearly explained waft the delay was abs we understood as we have has ER visit. Dr. Solomon was kind and the 3 vet techs who tried to obtain BW were compassionate and took time with LunaBelle as she was a little stressed waiting longer than usual. We have been coming here for years for our 3 dogs for both routine and unexpected care. Always helpful and kind“

“Our dog got kennel cough and was not able to be seen by our regular vet. Did a walk in to VUCC and they took care of us. Had to wait a few hours but great care and service. On the road to recovery“

“Forgive me for the lengthy review, but I believe this is worth the read if you also have a cat who tends to be a bit difficult to examine due to their anxiety.I have been bringing my cats to TCH for a little while now, and I can't give enough praise for the level of exceptional care they ALWAYS provide. A recent visit with one of my cats, who is very defensive when in an unfamiliar place, compelled me to write a review. If you are a new cat parent or are looking to switch from a previous location, TCH is the place to go!My cat is a sweetheart, but like many, she becomes anxious/upset in unfamiliar environments. She gets overwhelmed easily and tends to lash out as a result. I've had less-than-pleasant encounters at a different clinic where the staff seemed uninterested in finding a way to work with my grouchy girl. I try to be understanding because I understand that burnout is very real when it comes to this profession... With that said, it was a different story at TCH, especially because of Dr. Abby Fitzgerald and Cat.Dr. Fitzgerald and Cat were incredibly patient, calm, and gentle with my girl. They truly went above and beyond, taking extra measures such as moving slowly, speaking quietly, and even doing my cat's examinations on the FLOOR to ensure she felt less exposed and overwhelmed on the exam table. TCH also makes use of FELIWAY-infused towels as well as FELIWAY diffusers, which has been shown to have calming effects on cats. The result? A surprisingly smooth experience. Although she gave a couple of hisses and swats, she was far more cooperative than in previous experiences. In the past (at different clinics), my girl would run and hide under the bed for hours after a visit to the vet as she would be so anxious. But, at our TCH visit? She walked out of her carrier and took a nap on the cat tree as if nothing ever happened when we came home. She also didn't say a "word" on the car ride back home (she is often vocal in the car, as she was very displeased on our commute TO the clinic). The TCH team, including Dr. Zilinski and Dr. Lovelace who have also seen/treated my other cats, are consistently kind, caring, and welcoming to questions. Bryana and Julie have also become familiar faces to my cats, and their hard work and presence is always appreciated. My family and I are always cautious with who we trust with our fluffy family members, and I can confidently say that I can put my trust in anyone at TCH when it comes to the well-being of my cats.In summary, TCH stands out as the kindest, most patient, and most trustworthy team for your cats. They go above and beyond to make it a smooth experience for anxious cats, and all while keeping everyone safe. Oh, and don't forget to say hello to the adorable resident cat, Babyface!“

“My dog had a bad experience at another vet and he was actually flagged as aggressive even though he doesn’t have an aggressive bone in his body and has never bitten. He’s just very anxious. Dr. Vieira and her team were amazing with him and he had a wonderful appointment. I’m so happy our good boy has a new veterinarian. Thank you!“

“Bonnie (and Erin) came to examine my 12 year old 120# Yellow Lab Cooper yesterday. I can't say enough good things about their service. Bonnie was recommended by Cooper's former Vet due to the fact it's very difficult and stressful to Coop to get him in the car for a visit to the Vet's office. The exam was very thorough and I felt as if they were caring for their own pet. They cleaned his ears, checked him from head to toe and gave me some solution to help with a growth on his back. Great service and very nice folks!“

“We have been going to Randolph Animal Hospital for over 20 years now and it is an exceptional place. Dr. Harrington and her team are experienced, knowledgeable, well-trained, patient and compassionate. Many times over the years they have gone above and beyond to help us out in tough moments. In between they have provided excellent regular care and prevention. If there were more stars I would award them all.“

“5 stars is not enough, because Taunton Animal Hospital breaks the scale. Dr. Cowe and their team are full of bright, caring, genuine people who have left an imprint on my heart on how well they take care of my dog (and me) Every single person who was working on 11/6/23 I need to personally thank. The love is un-matched and I will never take my dog elsewhere. Thank you everyone for being kind people. I freaking love you all! xoxo“

“I love the staff here. Igor (12 1/2 years old pug) has back leg issues and I reach out to Animotion when an other dog owner recommended them. They are great with Igor and he is doing better. I am so happy I found them.“

“Came across this review and had to set the record straight. Found Dr. Haddad, then owner of North Main St Veterinary Clinic, in the early 90's and never looked back. Had been to veterinarians in Canton, Sharon, Stoughton, Randolph and Weymouth, but NMSV was where we stayed for 3 decades, thanks to Dr. Haddad and his very remarkable staff. Dr. Haddad never overcharged, but often, under charged for his services. Always received multi pet discounts and was never discouraged from piggy backing visits to save money and that we did, but more importantly, we received top notch care. He likely wasn't the best businessman, but he was far an away the best and most dedicated and caring veterinarian.A very humble and hard working man, he stayed on after selling to VCN. Through personal and physical issues he worked far past retirement because he cared so deeply. He is a dedicated vet who served out country in the 25th infantry division in Vietnam. Dedicated to caring for military dogs to this day. There aren't enough stars to properly award this outstanding veterinarian and human being. For ever grateful for the care he provided all our loves.“

“Dr Harrington deserves 5 stars in all areas of veterinary care. She is professional but also extremely caring and responsive. She has cared for my pup since she was a young and she is almost 17! I can’t praise the care that she provides enough! She is competent, knowledgeable and as stated above genuinely caring! Excellent provider. Her office staff is also fantastic.“

“My cat, Riley, recently had his annual wellness visit. The staff recognizes him as a regular patient and they are well aware of his frequent dental issues and his nasal issues due to his flat nose. The doctor remembered his last emergency visit when she had to adjust his third eyelid and asked if there had been any more incidences. Riley definitely gets personal treatment from the entire staff and they have my total confidence.“
