My 15 y.o. dog unexpectedly passed away at home. I had her since my 20s. This has never happened to me and so I called BAH (I was a mess tbh) and they couldn't have been nicer. We brought our sweet girl in and the 2 girls at the desk expressed condolences and were there for me the whole time and they let us spend time with her in a private room before saying goodbye.
