“I have been to this urgent care twice in the past few months - once for me and once for my 6 year old. I saw two different PAs. The PA who saw me was diligent & prescribed antibiotics for strep despite a negative rapid test, as the physical exam was suspicious. She was right and the culture was positive. We saw Guy for my son’s ear infection. Both visits were fast, efficient and the place is clean. Can’t ask for a better urgent care experience.“

Forgive me, as this likely sounds crazy, but my observation is that they only hire people with positive personalities and the customer service and scheduling is superb. Once there, Skarlen at the vision center was also very pleasant while remaining highly professional and making sure my needs were fully taken care of. The staff truly seems to go above and beyond, which is so refreshing to see these days.
