Waited over hour an a half for an X-ray. Office wasn't very busy, appears the clinician was busy doing paperwork. Multiple people came in after us and were served quickly as it was an hour before closing so they were looking to wrap up everything before close but the end result was my 11 year old son didn't get his dinner until 7:30 and had lost patience with waiting so the last half hour waiting was a real chore. I get having to complete paperwork before you leave but paperwork shouldn't trump a patient waiting especially if that patient is a child. The actual visit took ten minutes.

We are lucky having a place like this to go to. Yes the wait was 1.5 hours, if you want to wait longer go to the E.R.. The atmosphere in the lobby was calming, nice chairs and two large ottomans. The staff was kind. Nursing staff brought me to a room, took my vitals. It was not soon after the Dr came in unannounced, he should've knocked in my opinion. Soon after another man came in unannounced, he should've knocked too. He gave me a tetanus shot I didn't feel at all. That was 12/30, my arm still hurts since though. That man gave me the paper work and let me know a medication was sent to my pharmacy. All in all, it was a good day. Thank you

Moved patients quickly. Unfortunately the doctor wasn’t interested in listening to what my child actually needed. Ended up calling primary next due to lack of care as she was getting worse and needed the correct medication for bronchitis. Even though we told him it was more than just the flu. He was more concerned about lecturing us for not getting a flu vaccine.
