The nursing staff and medical doctor were highly professional and genuinely caring. The treatment room is clean, and quiet whilst you wait. I’m seriously grateful for the advice and support from Dr Kordestani for my condition. Highly recommend this clinic, appreciate you can’t choose your Dr, however if you see Dr Kordestani, you’ll be well cared for by she & team.“
“This is my second time using this facility and once again I left impressed. The waiting room is huge with ample seating and tvs. The area your brought back thru the doors to looks like a well maintained emergency room. The staff was fantastic to deal with and the medical care is top notch. It’s so comforting to know you can just walk in and be treated“
“I had an excellent experience at this facility. The wait was about 45 minutes, which is reasonable, especially considering my situation wasn't urgent. They seemed to be moving through people at a good pace. I had a blockage in my ear that they were able to diagnose right away. They handled it right away too, and as quickly as possible. They were very polite and I had two nurses and a doctor check on me. I got all fixed up and on my way. I will certainly go again if the need arises.“
“Really easy to make an appt. first thing in the morning, and everyone was super nice helping out my 4yo. They even called to let me know that there might be limitations on what they could do for a kid as young as him, but they got creative!“

“I went right when they opened, was seen right away examined and left with antibiotics cough medicine and an inhaler for pneumonia. Everyone was very nice and thorough I’m glad I came here! Thanks to the NP Yulia!“

“My 6 year old saw Dr Lee . He was amazing friendly and kept us inform through our whole visit.Didn’t seem rushed to give a diagnoses Even gave her a pop it braclet. There was a wait but when you get a doctor like Dr.Lee it’s worth it“
“The staff at Lawrence Memorial Urgent Care are amazing. The woman who checked us in was so nice and got my daughter entered in the system while joking with her even though she had an ear infection. The staff intake for vitals brought us right in and took my daughters temp and weight. He went out of the way to make sure she was not scared. The urgent care actually looked quite busy. We were brought to the back. The PA and nurse came right in. The PA made sure to ask my 3 year old daughter if it was ok to look in her ear. I appreciate the request for consent even for a child so young. He checked my daughters ear and confirmed it was an ear infection. The nurse typed it up and called in the prescription and we were out of there in under 15-20 minutes from walking in the door to leaving. That is not the first time I have had such prompt service here, so I know it is how they treat patients no matter the day.“

“Malden Urgent Care,I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone at Malden Urgent Care who helped me yesterday. I was in terrible muscular pain and couldn't walk properly. Despite my struggle, someone from inside saw me and quickly came to assist me with a wheelchair. It was my first time in a wheelchair, and I couldn't even stretch my left leg due to the pain. Your prompt attention and understanding were greatly appreciated. The shot I received in my left hand provided relief, and the arrangement of an ambulance to transfer me to Everett Hospital was done without delay. I spent about 4 to 5 hours at the hospital, and now I'm taking medicine for a week. I'm worried about whether my leg will fully recover and if I'll be able to work as usual. Despite my concerns, I have no words to express how thankful I am. Please convey my gratitude to the entire Malden Urgent Care team.Thank you so much“
“I live in the area and I've been to this location a few times over the years. Been here for 2 covid tests and then was here on another occasion to have a precautionary x-ray on my left hand after I fell off my scooter. This place is fine for small stuff; if you have anything serious you would need to go to an actual hospital like MGH or BWH. The wait times are usually high because this place gets crowded. Literally every time I walk by there's at least 20 people waiting. It's a very highly populated area so it makes sense that it would be crowded. It's the outskirts of Boston so amean you have to expect long wait times.“
