2nd time to Braintree Urgent Care. Pleasant & resourceful Receptionist, & Professional care. Well worth the half hour wait to determine my illness & required rx. Wonderful , my definite go to for minor health issues.
Medical staff was great, prompt and thorough. I'd like to suggest that repeat customers should not have to fill out a new form every time. Verification of personal information and insurance should be available to enable quicker check in. Thank you
I went there for my federally mandated DOT physical.I was a walk-in and was treated great from the person who processed me into the system to the NA who did the first part of my physical and the PA who finished and signed off on it.I recommend them for this service and any other Minute Clinic service you might need them for.Kudos.
