The whole experience went so smoothly! The check in, the triage and the provider. I didn't have to wait a long time either. Everyone was professional and thorough with a smile.
ConvenientMD was my second urgent care visit for the day. I sat and waited at the first place for well over an hour with 5 people ahead of me, I walked out. I was seen at ConvenientMD within 10 minutes of walking in the door. Super fast check in out front! The PA I saw was the BEST! I wish I could remember his name. He spent a good 30 minutes (if not longer) with me going over my issue. He was very thorough and he listened. Not too many doctors do that anymore. I highly recommend this place! I’d give it 20 stars if I could.
Thankful to have this urgent care so close to my home. I’ve visited several times and have always been treated with kindness and respect. I never have to wait very long and the process of checking in and checking out or seamless. The team at this location are always nice and helpful!
