DotHouse Health is praised for its excellent professionals, polite receptionist, and friendly nurses. Patients appreciate the relatively short waiting times for appointments and doctor visits. The medical team is described as professional and exceptional, with one doctor standing out for exceptional care. The pharmacy is also commended for its kind and smiling staff. However, one reviewer had a negative experience with the receptionist, citing racism and discrimination.
Place has gone downhill and my recent experience was not pleasant. It’s almost as if no one in that facility is reliable and communicating with these people is like pulling teeth. If it wasn’t for me being on a waiting list for a different facility I would have been took my business elsewhere!

Had to pay a copay and extra charge for some vaccinations and additional tests the Dr asked if I want to do them without knowing it would be a huge extra charge. After the check up, nobody called and after waiting 45 minutes to take 5 tubes of blood, they did not even have a result of your blood glucose and cholesterol level. First and will be last time being there.

Urgent care experience was and still is a nightmare. Visited 7/31 with a hand injury and was sent for x rays. I was assured by doctor Laura Trueman and a nurse that I’d receive a call back later that day. After my X-Ray, the radiologist actually said “your results should be in by the time you get back downstairs” but the doctor and nurse instructed me to not wait around hence the phone call promise. It has been two weeks with no communication whatsoever. I have called 4 times and left messages with the care team, who have all said “you’ll get a call back shortly”.
