Had a 2pm appointment for an extraction after suffering all night long in pain and not taking anything for the pain by recommendation of the dentist, I was called at 1:05pm by the office to tell me the Dr called in sick today and they were cancelling my 2pm appointment.Dr called in for the day, ok I get it happens but did you not know this till 55 minutes before my 2pm appointment?? At an office that closes at 4pm??I got the appointment in the first place because a patient had cancelled and they slid me in. I was grateful but I’m having a hard time now believing that isnt why they easily just blew off my appointment with no regard to how much pain I’ve been in. ...read full review

Excellent professionals, polite receptionist, nice nurses. On my last two visits Dr. G Connell was exceptional. Waiting time to make an appointment is not long compared to other clinics and neither is the waiting time to be seen by the doctor. I recommend DotHouse for checkups and exams.

Today I was there and I have to say that they treated me very well, everyone was very friendly, I was treated by a nurse who spoke Spanish. The doctor was excellent, everyone was very professional. I was at the pharmacy, everyone had a smile for me and a lot of kindness, I have to give them a lot of kindness. 5 stars
