This office is amazing. Every single person I’ve dealt with since day one (Including Dr Heller). Forgive me, as this likely sounds crazy, but my observation is that they only hire people with positive personalities and the customer service and scheduling is superb. Olivia is great, as is the attractive woman at the desk who takes payment/ deals with insurance etc. I don’t write reviews... Not my thing. If a place sucks, I just won’t go back.
