This is my second time using this facility and once again I left impressed. The waiting room is huge with ample seating and tvs. The area your brought back thru the doors to looks like a well maintained emergency room. The staff was fantastic to deal with and the medical care is top notch. It’s so comforting to know you can just walk in and be treated

Needed to visit the Dedham, MA ConvenientMD location for a severe cut on a finger caused by a kitchen knife. Every member of the staff that I interacted with was kind and caring. The wait time was short; they had my cut closed up quickly and I was on my way.

On a Fri AM, I managed to get a speck of dust caught under my left eyelid. By Sat AM still no amount of flushing would dislodge it & was very uncomfortable & lid swelling. Hopped onto their website to make an appointment (only 2 in line) & was in the clinic by 10:45.After maybe 30-45min wait, Dan arrived and following a few brief questions, quickly removed the speck from the inside of my eyelid. Relief! Thank you, Dan! Courteous & efficient!By Sun AM, the swelling is nearly gone.I definitely recommend this clinic.
