Really professional team, I’m so happy with my floors! I had large patches of water damaged red oak that had to get ripped out. The team installed new oak flooring and laced it in seamlessly with the remaining original 1920s floor that was not water damaged, then coated everything with Rubio monocoat.(If you haven’t heard of Rubio monocoat I highly recommend also. It’s an eco friendly VOC free floor sealer which is repairable over time unlike poly)I’m most happy with the dust prevention they set up, by the time all was said and done there was hardly a spec of dust anywhere. I would recommend Bostonian to anyone looking for gorgeous floors

Can not stress enough how talented this team is. We were lucky enough to be able to get Bostonian Floor Company on board and let me tell you , they did not disappoint. From their professionalism to being detailed oriented I would give them a 10 star but this app only allows 5.

I had called several floor sanders who either didn't call back or told me to wait four months -- and one that came, gave an estimate, said he could do the floor in two weeks, then disappeared (hope he's ok). I was getting desperate. . Someone in my building, a contractor, recommended this company. John asked for a video of the space to save time, instantly provided a very fair estimate, and said they could do it in a week. What!? So of course I said yes... then immediately got scared. My concerns were somewhat put to rest when I saw all these great reviews - but there were so many that I was skeptical that they could really be that good.
