I had never heard of this before but was looking for something to help my terribly dry sensitive skin . I fell asleep within 5 minutes I was so comfortable and relaxed. I woke up twitching! After the facial my skin had a true glow I have never seen in it before. Would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking for A. a truly relaxing experience and B. After a lifetime of diet programs (I was on my first diet before Kindergarten) and disordered eating, in my mid 60’s I found myself only left with an ever increasing number on the scale, and a very warped sense of body image and what constituted healthy eating. And almost worse, with all that programming about what and how much I could eat at each meal if I wanted to have a hope of managing my increasing obesity, I had unwittingly taught myself to live completely disconnected from any body signal re true hunger (and satiety). All this made for a GLP-1 path laced with land mines even as I lost weight. Thank goodness Alexis had the gut instinct and experience to spot each one of them coming, but also the expertise and tools to maneuver me through them safely. I consider Alexis to be as much a miracle as the medication, and right now, I have by far the healthiest relationship with food and body I could ever have hoped to have. I honestly cannot imagine anyone with a long term history of dieting and obesity being able to succeed on the medication alone, without the guidance of someone as tuned in as Alexis.“

Truly nobody beats Laura! I had been struggling with a chronic injury that no other physical therapist had been able to figure out. In the first 2 months of seeing her, I was back on my feet running after not being able to run for 6 months. Each session we had was individually focused and she would reassess our approach based on what was and was not working for me.

He pays attention to the details, adjusts sessions based on how I’m feeling that day, and explains the “why” behind every movement. Training with him has made me stronger, more confident, and way more consistent with my routine than I ever thought I’d be.
I’ve also had a few sessions with Chi and Aidan, and each of them brings something unique to the table. Chi, who’s also the owner, deserves a special mention. He’s incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cares about every person who walks in. You can feel that the community and atmosphere here come directly from his leadership and personality.
The gym is clean, welcoming, and never overcrowded. Workouts are tailored, effective, and actually enjoyable. After a year here, I genuinely look forward to training and feel better than ever.
