Dr Herba has helped me tremendously. Before seeing him I tried numerous solutions nothing helped and no doctor could help me relieve my pain and discomfort. Except him. Now I can sleep, walk around , begin to exercise and feel refreshed when I wake up. My mood even went up and I feel healthier than I have felt in over a year.Recently I tried the laser therapy for my TMJ and after just one session I already feel a load of relief! I haven’t had relief in this area in so long and will be continuing the full treatment. I was super surprised how effective it actually was and would highly recommend it for any major pain areas.

I was out of work for over two weeks with sciatica symptoms, because I wasn’t able to walk. With the chiropractic treatment from Dr Herba and the medications I was walking in a few days and was able to go back to work.

Really amazing adjusting, I went from sciatica pain not moving well ? to being able to use my elliptical in 2 weeks! Dr.Matt Herba is a life saver at Brighton Spine and Wellness! 10 out of 10 would recommend!? ? ?

As 2012 and 2016 Olympic Team wellness providers we strive to bring that same level of care for you and your family. We know many people will not ever participate on the world stage, but you mean the world to your family. Dr Matthew Herba, was a chiropractor serving central Florida for the last 17 years but decided to relocate to Brighton for my son who was accepted to Perkins School for the Blind in nearby Watertown. In March of 2020 I relocated to Brighton, MA, to serve people of the greater Boston and nearby Allston area.
