Working with the folks at Joint Ventures was a genuine pleasure and I couldn’t recommend their services more highly. Setting up appointments was a breeze, the Seaport facility was accessible and well-suited to its purpose, and the whole staff’s consummate professionalism made each visit easy and enjoyable.I’d be remiss not to shout out Elicia Hickey, whose hard work, patience, responsiveness, insight, and collegiality made the whole process clear, fun, and, ultimately, effective.I would give more than five stars if I could.
If you need Physical Therapy, there are a lot of places to choose. I chose Joint Ventures because they had locations close to me. My experience has exceeded my expectations. Professional. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Experienced. Effective. And, the customer service is outstanding—from setting up a profile to making and changing appointments. They make it easy. It’s also a local business building a reputation. You won’t feel like just a ‘number’ here, and they probably have a location near you too!
I went to Joint Ventures PT for a calf injury that made it difficult to run or play sports. My PT, Sam Nesbit, got me back to pain free running and playing within 6 weeks. Sam showed me how to keep moving while strengthening my calf & leg muscles. He also developed an extensive and varied exercise routine to help me stay in shape and prevent future injury. If you're injured or hurting, I really recommend Sam at Joint Ventures.
