Fast forward to two classes a week (soon to be 4 ?), 2 belt tests and now a competition team/weapons (all dull, nothing sharp here), my boys couldn’t be happier. Sensei Marie and Sensei Erin are wonderful with the kids and it’s a wide range of all ages and backgrounds. “I’m so glad I signed up to check out Velocity Fitness. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted or needed but this was my third place to check out and I’m so happy with my experience. The trial was great and I didn’t feel pressured to commit. You get the one on one attention of a personal trainer but get to be with a welcoming positive group of people. The trainers help with goal setting and they give you individualized plans. I have an old knee injury and they have really tailored a great program and consistently check in during the workout to ensure I feel good and have the correct form. They don’t yell at you well except when you walk in they do yell hello ?“
