“I had to take my little dog in for a checkup because she was coughing and hacking and coughing for almost 3 weeks with no let up .. I was full of fear thinking the worst thinking that she may have cancer. she's also a 15-year-old terrier mix. They explained everything to me step by step what they were going to do to her and made sure that I understood everything that they were doing and what they were talking about.After I spoke to the doctors my anxiety lessoned tremendously. I guess what I'm trying to say is they really care because they know that your pet is your life ..your family.. your best friend.. and it's hard to find veterinarians that have so much compassion and kindness for what you are going through with your pet. I've been to many in my years growing up and may I say I've never found one like this. I tell everybody I know about this place and to try them out for yourself and see the results you will not be disappointed.“
“Dr. Walker and the rest of the staff were amazing when my sister was faced with the hardest decision she had to make for her dog. He made sure all questions were answered, all options were covered and even waited for our family to gather and say our good byes. Dr. Walker’s kind words during the process can only be described as compassionate. He even called my sister a few days later to check in on her. They made this difficult experience just a little easier. We will be forever grateful.“

North bridge handles everything for us from the routine care of our young horses to the more sophisticated maintenance of our competition horses to the emergencies that always seem to happen on Friday night or a holiday weekend. I wouldn't trust the health and soundness of our horses to any other practice!“
“We needed a place to have our guniea pigs nails clipped and found that most places do not see these animals but Shawsheen was able help. They got us in as quickly as possible. When we arrived for our appointment, reception got us in right away. They showed us how to clip the nails. All of the staff was great and there is plenty of parking. We will definitely be using this vet in the future.“
“I have been to many different veterinary practices. This is by far the best. The support staff is extraordinary. Everyone is polite and helpful. They are very flexible with scheduling. Dr. Shore and Dr. Hart are very caring and excellent doctors. The care is appropriate, thorough, and expert .They always seem to put the animal above the profit. “They treat my 10 years old, long haired Chihuahua ?(coco) really well! And the veterinarian went above, and beyond explaining everything to me. Unfortunately coco's heart murmer got worse pretty fast, and he's being tested today for cushions( which would explain his excessive amount of drinking water, and eating). He's on a strict diet now. He only eats royal canin for adult Chihuahuas Also, the staff is so sweet and welcoming I don't have any complaints at this time. I definitely would recommend this vet?“

“Dr Tracey left and I thought about leaving. I met with Dr. Flynn and she was amazing! Such a nice person, wasn’t rushed and answered all my questions. She did the whole exam in front of me and you can tell she loves her job. My dog ended up needing an urgent surgery, they sent a referral over to Bulgers and Dr. Flynn even hooked me up with pet insurance. I told all of my family how impressed I was by her! She even called me on her lunch break the next day to check in on my dog. The nurses and reception staff have always been so great. I’m definitely staying at river road.“

“All I have to say. Is that my Oreo. Gets they best care ever from this place. I love the staff so much. My dog is a Beagle and he loves it there. I tell him we are going to your second home. His tail spins like crazy. They are super good with him I totally recommend this place. They are a ten star in my eyes. I have been everywhere with my dog. And this one is they best one ever always clean inside. Not one drop of dog hair. The place is beautiful. And Oreo has they best doctor ever. I love her. Michelle Crusoe is the best and so is. Anthony the tech he's amazing and Brittany she is so good. Thank you all. For making my dog feel safe. I literally trust then with my dog. I love you all so much. And so does my Oreo.“

“I had to bring my cat Murray in for a second visit today 1/21/24 because he got too spicy for his annual check up. I changed out his carrier for a carrier swaddle bag to keep him calmer. The office staff were amazing, treating my boy with care and consideration for his anticipated attitude. I was more stressed than the cat. I called before bringing him in, reception made sure he could go straight back. I hovered at the desk listening for Murray to act up and again reception never once made me feel like I was out of line or in the way. (A lovely girl with pink hair, I'm sorry I didn't ask her name) Murray was grumbly but (prayers answered) he made it thru his appointment and we got him back home to his happy place. Thank you to all who worked with my boy today to keep him healthy.“
“I called Dr Walsh on a Sunday evening during a snow storm . The hospital was closed but , he answered the phone and agreed to meet me at the hospital .My poodle was experiencing urinary tract infection symptoms .(bloody urine )He was able to treat my dog and give me the appropriate medications needed . My dog was looking and feeling better the next morning.I really appreciated his kindness and arriving quickly to help . I would have waited hours any other place . Thank you ?“
“Under the circumstances, I had the best experience with PetMedic in Burlington, MA. My dog (Ollie) was vomiting and diarrhea pure blood. I called PetMedic and was seen within 30 minutes of calling. They put us directly into our room and seen by the doctor right away. Dr. Nathan DeCosmo was amazing with Ollie and was extremely thorough with me. With the physical exam and blood work , Dr. DeCosmo was right on spot with Ollie's diagnosis. PetMedic 100% blew my expectations away!! Thank you for caring for Ollie. ?“
“They made me very comfortable. I had to put down my cat and they help me make the right decisions for him. The doctor was extremely nice. Receptionist was a little impatient. Didn't seem to have any empathy. But the veterinarian was extremely caring and patient for a process that was extremely hard for me.“
