“Terry is a wonderful trainer. The classes were very informative and the training works so well! It’s hard work but if you commit yourself to following all of the rules the results are amazing. Our rescue was quite stubborn and overactive and did not know how to sit before training and now he knows all his commands and listens well without losing any of his personality. Terry was even willing to talk me through some issues with him a year after our training classes ended. It’s great to have her as a resource whenever we need guidance with our dog’s behavior.“

“I was able to get an appointment the day I called and everyone was very nice. We were brought into the exam on time and the tech and veterinarian were wonderful with my dog. He was thoroughly examined and the issue was taken care of with expertise. I was given thorough instructions for his care and all my questions were answered. I have been bringing my dog here since he was a puppy and I would recommend them.“

my initial phone appointment with Nicole (one of the trainers) was amazing…she not only listened to my observations about the behavior… she started to build a plan, and gave me solid next steps to implement in my home right away! Her recommendation of setting up a double barrier to allow the dogs to see each other in a safe manner and on their terms was game changing!! ( I added pictures to reference the double barrier for reference)

We just completed our 1st training in person training today….and I am beyond excited and energized to keep training my dog with Nicole!
She is passionate, patient and kind…. Super respectful of myself and my dog… as she is not only training him, but training me to be the best at handling my dog.

“Judy is a fantastic trainer, I’ve been attending classes for a year and my only regret is that I didn’t go to her sooner. I originally went to a trainer in Maynard who told me I had a difficult breed of dog and was going to struggle, totally eroded my already low confidence. Judy was so lovely, she reassured me, gave excellent advice which worked for me and my pup and has been invaluable in our training journey. “I have brought my golden retriever to Best Friends Tyngsboro for 6 yrs. Woukd not consider using a different provider. The staff have been mire than accommodating when i needed help due to a medical oriblem. They treat my dog as though she was their own. Cant say enough goid things about the grooming services. “5 months ago, my 12-year old dog Grady tore his CCL. I knew nothing about this injury, so when my vet did x-rays and confirmed it was a full tear I was totally devastated as all I want for my dog in his senior years is to be able to enjoy playing outside and go for his walks, so to see him in such pain broke my heart. We opted to do TPLO surgery at his local vet, and did hydrotherapy with Ashley at NH Pet Rehab before and after his surgery. I was worried that as a senior dog he would struggle to overcome this injury. But, with the help of Ashley, Grady proved my worries wrong and has also even impressed his local vet with how far he has come so quickly. It seriously has made me so happy to see how comfortable and happy he is. Ashley is SO KIND and extremely informative and made the entire stressful process of TPLO surgery so much better! “I love bringing my Dachshund puppy to doggy daycare. Every time she comes she is always soooo happy to be there. The girls who take care of her are consistent and my pup absolutely loves them as well. She has separation anxiety usually but when it comes to going to doggy daycare she does not.“
