When I called in with concern that our dog may have swallowed a battery they were able to get us in right away for an x-ray. I appreciate the fact that they understood the severity of the situation and got us in right away. Fortunately our pup did not swallow a battery, per the X-ray.
We've always had positive experiences here with all the staff and doctors. Our senior shih tzu received excellent end-of-life care, and the team was so kind to us. Isaac especially is a really caring dude and a great tech. Doctor Samantha is great, and many other staff whose names I don't know.

Just had my first appointment at Lowell Road Vet for my very nervous/fearful dog. The office was able to accommodate a lot for us which was so, so helpful. The vet also had a great understanding of how to work with a fearful animal and she knew Shiba Inus have very tough personalities. It was a really positive experience and vet visits are usually pretty rough for us, thank you Dr. Komma!!!
