“I went in to get a duplicate of a key for my Toyota (which has a chip). The locksmith was not only able to duplicate the old, worn out key, but he realized that there was something wrong with the lock mechanism on the driver's side door. He took it all apart and fixed it so the new key can lock and unlock the door as well as start the truck. He spent probably 30-40 minutes with me, was very kind and the price was very reasonable.“

“I went to Brookline Lock today, hoping to find a very small part for a Baldwin deadbolt cylinder. It’s called a tail piece. The one on my cylinder had broken, making the lock inoperable. It was my lucky day. Dante welcomed me and listened to my request. I had brought the cylinder with me.
