A few weeks ago, I had broken my home key and this is the only copy I had and I got to brookline lock at like 445 and they’re closing at 5 o’clock. These guys were absolute rock stars. I went to Brookline Lock today, hoping to find a very small part for a Baldwin deadbolt cylinder. It’s called a tail piece. The one on my cylinder had broken, making the lock inoperable. It was my lucky day. Dante welcomed me and listened to my request. I had brought the cylinder with me.
Much to my amazement, he said that he might be able to help me. He consulted with a few of his coworkers and working together, they found the exact part that I needed. Dante installed it and said there was no charge. I thanked him and said,
