The hands on assist has helped to challenge me and has made me feel more confident in my practice. The studio is super clean and everyone is friendly. I am so glad I took the leap to join. Special shout out to Heated Vinyasa and Spa Yoga with Cassi and Flow Yin with Syringa! I highly recommend Mission Hill Yoga especially if you are new and have always wanted to give yoga a try.“

Truly nobody beats Laura! I had been struggling with a chronic injury that no other physical therapist had been able to figure out. In the first 2 months of seeing her, I was back on my feet running after not being able to run for 6 months. Each session we had was individually focused and she would reassess our approach based on what was and was not working for me.
Tim has also helped me work through G.I. issues. I really appreciate his wholistic approach to medicine. He goes beyond just diet and nutrition when it comes to G.I. health, taking into consideration many more aspects of your lifestyle.“

Tall ceilings, airy, bright, wood floors and very clean. The store on the first floor with a bohemian vibe was also part of the studio.We attended Vinyasa, taught by Tatiana, and Fluid, taught by Meredith.I enjoyed the classes, the teaching styles, the adjustments and the overall peaceful and friendly atmosphere of the place. 251 Harvard St #10, Brookline“I have been working with Eli Thompson, Boston Posture Center, almost weekly for several months to decrease the impact of scoliosis which I developed as an adult. My posture has improved significantly during this time. He let me know in advance that his structural integration work will help me, but I also have to work at home in order to see change. He gives me exercises to do at home and welcomes questions about them.
Others said that my muscles could be strengthened but I should not expect change in alignment. Eli said I could expect some change. I still have scoliosis, but I feel better and my posture and alignment are much improved.“

“Richmond is a wonderful example of everything a practitioner in his field should be - he's palpably compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable. I have a slew of ailments and autoimmune problems that directly impact my muscles/joints. I'm so thankful to have found the Bodywork Clinic and felt a relief of pain that lasted longer than any regular massage ever has. Would recommend to anyone suffering from chronic issues.“
