“Paul is an experienced massage therapist. He was very skilled and the conversation was interesting, informative and amusing. It is a casual sports and fitness club atmosphere and Paul is a super cool guy. After my massage, he took me downstairs to the gym and showed me a roller I should get (and told me where to get it online) and showed me the exercises I should do to loosen up the main areas of my back that were super tight and causing some other back pain. Super massage!“

StretchLab Physical Therapy

“5 Stars – Highly Recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about StretchLab in Swampscott! From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in your well-being. The environment is clean, calm, and focused on helping you feel your best.

I started coming to StretchLab to improve my flexibility and address some nagging stiffness, and I’ve noticed a real difference. The assisted stretching sessions have helped me move more freely, recover faster after workouts, and even sleep better. The Flexologists are incredibly knowledgeable—they listen closely and tailor each session to your individual needs. Whether you’re an athlete, sit at a desk all day, or just want to feel looser and more mobile, this place can help.

After just a few sessions, I noticed improved posture, reduced back and neck tension, and a greater range of motion. It’s amazing what targeted, professional stretching can do. I genuinely look forward to each visit and leave feeling refreshed and energized every time.

If you’re looking to invest in your health and mobility, I highly recommend giving StretchLab Swampscott a try. It’s been a game-changer for me!“

“I loved the treatment I received at Liberty Physical Therapy in Lynn. Their PTA Markus listened to all my concerns and really challenged me throughout the exercises for my lumbar pain and with the electrical stimulation. Emily the office manager is always on top of my schedule and attentive. I brought my best friend to get her treatment here just so I could come back and visit!“

“I have been attending this physical therapy office for about six months following an auto accident, and I can honestly say it has been one of the most positive parts of a very painful and challenging journey. From the very beginning, the entire team has done everything in their power to support my healing process, both physically and emotionally.

Every single staff member I’ve encountered has been nothing short of professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring. Over time, they have truly begun to feel like family. The front desk staff is always welcoming and incredibly helpful, making scheduling and coordinating appointments seamless and stress-free. They go above and beyond to accommodate my needs and ensure I feel supported from the moment I walk in.

The therapists are exceptional. They work very closely with me, carefully monitoring my progress and adjusting my treatment plan to make sure I’m on the right path toward recovery. Their attention to detail, encouragement, and commitment to my healing have made a significant difference in my progress. They take the time to listen, explain each step of the process, and make sure I feel comfortable and confident throughout my sessions.

Joe has done an incredible job assembling such an outstanding team. His dedication and genuine care for his patients are evident in every aspect of this practice. The culture he has created is one of compassion, professionalism, and excellence, and it truly shows in the quality of care provided.

I recommend this location to everyone I come across without hesitation. This is, without a doubt, the best service I have ever received, and I am incredibly grateful for the care and support I continue to receive here.“

“Sharon is perhaps the most well trained, deeply knowledgeable massage therapist in the US. Her backround ,education, and 30 plus years of dedication to her craft puts her in the very top tier of women who take a holistic approach to solving your issues. After a ski accident, I was able to avoid shoulder surgery because of her. In other years, I was healed from massive lower back pain. I have been a client for 20 plus years. There simply is no other one better.“

Hands On Therapy Physical Therapy

“This massage is extremely interactive, and is essential for people who have chronic pain. Her educational background in clinical physical therapy as well as massage therapy and several in-depth techniques will make you come out of a session with a different body than you came in with.It only took her one 90-minute session to work on my hip and piriformis syndrome to completely release the tension and tightness. I ended up going to my chiropractor the next day and he was amazed at how my body accepted her work, and how it didn't tense back up immediately.I strongly recommend Hands On Therapy to everyone.Disclaimer: This style of massage isn't for relaxation inherently, but as an added long term benefit once you get off the table and moving more comfortably in everyday life.“

“Disappointed with a couple reviews that Dr Vaisman is rude. He is a professional with extraordinary knowledge and talent. He is thorough with your initial assessment and expects the patient to stay focused. He knows your in pain it's not the place when going over history.

Spaulding Outpatient Center Physical Therapy

“After an accident I had surgery on my thumb and hand a year ago and due to scar adhension formation, had to have a revisional surgery a few weeks ago. After my initial surgery I saw a general OT with another practice to rehabilitate my function and strength and they were great but since I developed all the adhesions and didn't regain full functionality of my thumb, knew I would need another surgery. This time around I wanted to make sure that my rehab would be with a hand focused OT. I had my revisional surgery a few weeks ago and my experience with Spaulding has been nothing but great. I've seen Sara and Carol and Betty and they're all great. I recognize a revisional surgery is very different than my initial trauma surgery, and my recovery will be much different/smoother this time around, but I just feel that their experience with hands, specifically, has and will make so much of a difference for my rehabilitation and get me more functionality! I'm very pleased with my care so far and believe that with their help I'll be able to use my thumb! They are so positive and encouraging.“
