Pain and Wellness Center is a facility where Dr. Vaisman is highly knowledgeable and thorough during assessments, focusing on patient history and pain management. The staff are respectful and polite, providing excellent care. However, some patients have experienced issues such as feeling that Dr. Vaisman can be rude, and concerns about the attention given during procedures, which can be painful or rushed. Waiting times and communication also pose problems, with delays and missed calls causing frustration. Overall, the medical staff are great, but improvements in patient communication and procedure comfort are needed.

Christina and Marilyn are absolutely wonderful! Christina has treated my mom for the past few years, and she is always kind, cheerful, responsive, and—most importantly—she truly listens.
Marilyn is also an angel! Recently, she had to jump through some complicated hoops to secure a referral for my mom, and she handled everything in record time while remaining incredibly kind throughout the entire process.
I cannot recommend this office highly enough!
I’ve seen a lot of doctors and had a lot of extremely negative experiences. Dr. Vu truly made me feel heard and understood in a way that the other doctors have not and I am very grateful for that.
