“This is the best gym I’ve ever been a part of. The coaches and programming are excellent and the atmosphere is both supportive and challenging. With the large garage doors, it feels like you’re working out outdoors. When the weather is nice it's so much better than being in an enclosed gym like the YMCA. The gym also has everything you need for recovery after a workout, including a cold plunge, sauna, and shower. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to make a positive change in their life and join a community that keeps you motivated to come back.”
