StretchLab Vinnin Square offers one-on-one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open, and communal environment. Their one-on-one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long, and they offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of their Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. The location in Swampscott has a great team of Flexologists, and customers have reported positive experiences, particularly with Alejandro, who is praised for his expertise in stretching and explaining how the stretches can improve mobility. Customers have found the stretches to be effective in reducing pain and improving their ability to enjoy working out again. I attend stretch sessions regularly and always leave feeling more mobile and relaxed. The staff is professional, friendly and really tailors each session to what my body needs, It's a great way to relieve tension, stress and has improved my flexibility. I highly recommend you give it a try if you have not done it before.
