I have been going to Stretch Lab Swampscott since October and I see Natalie. She has been a blessing to my everyday activity. She is not only one of the nicest people you can ever want to meet, she has solved a lot of the issues with my body that I had been having. I look forward to seeing her on a weekly basis. My body feels so much better now and meeting her weekly does wonders for my mental health and workouts. If you have any kind of aches or pains that she can fix I truly believe that she would be the person you should reach out to and give her a chance! It’s the one thing that I will never regret doing!!!!!

I have been going weekly for months with great results. Ryan is able to keep me pain free with his technique and we have meaningful conversations in our quest to solve the worlds troubles. A quick 25 minute stretch and I leave feeling refreshed and optimistic. It'feels good and it's much less expensive than therapy :-)
You will be welcomed by a cheerful greeeting at the door by the gals who keep the operation running smoothly. Mary, Kayla and Nancy make sure that my appoinments are tracked and easy to adjust when needed. They do a great job!
I would be remiss if I didn't mention the other things like plenty of parking, and a great location that's close to everything.
