“Ramon is the best. I brought my laptop thinking I was gonna lose it for at least a week while I got the charging port repaired. He immediately saw that I had an alternative port (two other places didn’t catch it) and wouldn’t need to send it anywhere. Took less than five minutes and he refused to charge me after saving me so much time, money and stress. Almost wish I had lots of computer problems so I could be a frequent customer.“

“They fixed an issue that Dell Premium Tech Support could not do with me over the phone. CTS sent a 'tech' to my home in less that 1 hour after my initial call to them and the issue was resolved in less than 45 minutes. Dell wanted to do a 'scary reboot' as a fix that made me quite nervous thinking that I would lose things. The 'Dell tech' even warned me over the phone that this would be the case. The 'CTS fix' had no major impact on my computer other than having to log on to a few favorite sites etc. which was no big deal.“
