“Ramon is the best. I brought my laptop thinking I was gonna lose it for at least a week while I got the charging port repaired. He immediately saw that I had an alternative port (two other places didn’t catch it) and wouldn’t need to send it anywhere. Took less than five minutes and he refused to charge me after saving me so much time, money and stress. Almost wish I had lots of computer problems so I could be a frequent customer.”
“Excellent team and service. I have worked with TechE for many years and they are diligent and helpful with each of my questions. Victor, Matt, Josh, Ruben and Elieen are some of the team members I have worked with and they are all wonderful.”
“Having just arrived in Boston from the UK we were having problems getting our Holifly e -sims to work. Hajar sorted it out in 2 seconds, and refused to take any payment. A brilliant service , delivered with a smile. Thank you Hajar!”
