Ramon is the best. I brought my laptop thinking I was gonna lose it for at least a week while I got the charging port repaired. He immediately saw that I had an alternative port (two other places didn’t catch it) and wouldn’t need to send it anywhere. Took less than five minutes and he refused to charge me after saving me so much time, money and stress. Almost wish I had lots of computer problems so I could be a frequent customer.

I left him my computer and he called me the next day and said "I can fix it, $85" and I said ok and he fixed it and it was $85. Geek squad didn't even know what was wrong with it. Would go there again 10/10
