We were happy with their window installation, so we requested a quote to reside our 125 yr old home. “I have a two family, with side stairs and deck. The first floor deck was a bit wobbly. I removed one of the steps and noticed that the deck and stairs were holding on by a thread. Did some research and came across Derek Construction Inc. I sent an email On a Saturday.I got a reply back within 15 minutes, asking for my address and phone number and he was at my house within a half hour of me sending the email. Derek looked at the stairs in deck and noticed that this needed to be done ASAP (which we agreed, I wish I took a before picture. It was bad) He gave us a quote and he was at the house that Monday morning and was able to structurally stabilize the porch and replace the wood with all the PVC decking. As he was working on the porch, he also noticed that the Cement footing was also falling apart and was able to replace the cement footing to make sure the deck and stairs were structurally stabilized.

I would highly recommend Derek. He was very communicative and honest about the work That needed to be done. They were able to complete the job in one day. I will be calling him to repair the second floor stairs and deck That way, both units will match.“

“Trahant Roofing just replaced our roof and I can’t say enough about them. They arrived when they said they would, they came with a team of 19, 6 trucks, their own disposal process and completed our roof replacement in 6 hours!!! They have been in business since November 1, 1920 and are GAF certified as well

They were organized; everyone had a role and they worked together very well. What surprised me was at a break, management (who also worked on the roof) had left and returned with boxes of Joe serving their team, some donuts and muffins…they care about their employees.

They worked efficiently and carefully, nailing every shingle in place, until the new roof was completed. They meticulously cleaned up all areas around the house, leaving no roofing materials anywhere.
I will say they left all areas looking better than they were. I received a follow up call to discuss the roof services. I highly recommend Trahant Roofing if you need your roof replaced!

“We had a leaking skylight and called a few contractors to get quotes. Anthony responded immediately with a reasonable price, then came to the house and repaired the problem. He took the time to replace the loose flashing, and seal the window. His price was reasonable and the job was done in one day. Some months later, another skylight had the same issue and he returned and fixed that one as well. Again, he responded quickly and took the time to do the repair properly since the roofers had not installed the flashing correctly. “Arnold's came by and replaced by gable vent. I submitted an inquiry midday on Wednesday and they were there Thursday morning at 8AM. Prompt! I would never expect a contractor to be that quick in scheduling but maybe they had an opening.

As for the work, I checked in my attic and on the outside of the home. They were at my house at 8am and by 930am they were packing up. Simple job but something that was crossed off my to do list. They accepted checks.
