“We hired A&A Services Home Improvement to replace 30 windows, including 2 sliders and 2 casement windows we replaced with double hung windows. From our first interaction with owner Chris Zorzy, our appointment with Sean, through the installation and follow up for a couple minor fixes they were a pleasure to work with.The biggest plus for us was no high-pressure sales or upselling. Sean also checked a dormer roof my husband thought needed to be replaced. He said the roof was fine and so was an exterior door my husband thought should be replaced. He also suggested replacing our Velux skylights with fixed skylights since we never open them. I’m not sure other companies would have been as honest. And their warranty is one of the best. Ten years on the installation and lifetime on the windows, and based on their reviews they stand by their warranty.Scott and his team of 7 were long-time employees (20+ years) and 2 men who installed windows for another major window replacement company. They were professional, respected our property and easy to communicate with. The job was done in 2 ½ days during the coldest week of the year. Despite the cold they did their best to minimize the timing the windows were open to the elements and hung a drop cloth when they were replacing the sliders with windows. When they were done the house was cleaner than when they started.Sean checked in during the installation and afterwards to review the work. During the follow up visit we mentioned a couple minor things we wanted fixed, there was no pushback at all, and someone was out the next week.Finally, we’ve had numerous home improvement projects done over the past 40 years and I think it’s the first time we’ve ever received a thank you note. I’m sure there will be more home improvement projects in our future and when the time comes, we won’t hesitate to call A&A Services Home Improvement again.“

“In January, after the first of the major wind storms this winter, I had a leak in a familiar place in the roof. It would happen once every five or six years or so depending on the gale force direction. It happened a week later with the next bad storm and I knew I had to do something immediately. Looked up roofers in Quincy, saw Secure Roofing and noted they were local with great reviews. Called them first and Mike was immediately responsive! He came over at 7:30 AM the next day, found the problem and he and his workers came back in a few hours and fixed it pronto! He was fair in price and easy with which to do business. He advised me properly and the repair has done the job throughout all of these fierce winter storms. I plan to hire him back this Spring to replace the roof. Secure Roofing has earned my respect and business!“

“I've been using Historical Slate Roofing since ~2015, when the snowpocalypse was causing ice dams on multiple houses on our street. They went up to shovel excess snow off, and then we had them back to inspect the roof, install snow guards (to stop the snow from sliding off dangerously), ice/water shield, seal/repair the gutters, and install a new rubber roof for a flat area. We've since had them out to replace the deteriorated ridge cap, and every 2-3 years when high winds knock the odd slate off. The owner, Kevin, is a nice guy, and knows what he is talking about. He's very responsive, and is happy to explain things to customers. He'll even send you photos of the work if you want (I've attached a few). The prices seem very fair for the work being done. If you need roofing work, I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.“

Our old roof was done previously by them and even 9 years later when we has some leak problems he came out and did the patches no questions asked because it was still under warranty. So when it came time for a re-roof it was a no brainer to go with Fitzpatrick roofing again. He had even helped us our on gutter re-attachment and pigeon wire where other companies weren't interested because the job was too small.
