It was to remove a set of outdoor stairs with a platform and erect a new set of stairs to the local building code. He presented us with a formal contract that included all permits and removal of debris. The new stairs which are eleven feet from ground to the second floor of the home, look great. They are sturdy and well built, exceeding the local building codes.“
