I have a two family, with side stairs and deck. The first floor deck was a bit wobbly. I removed one of the steps and noticed that the deck and stairs were holding on by a thread. Did some research and came across Derek Construction Inc. I sent an email On a Saturday.I got a reply back within 15 minutes, asking for my address and phone number and he was at my house within a half hour of me sending the email. Derek looked at the stairs in deck and noticed that this needed to be done ASAP (which we agreed, I wish I took a before picture. Derek Construction renewed our existing deck and added a staircase to our above ground pool. They did a great job and paid attention to the small details. Communication was great and price was reasonable. Highly recommend!
