Very quick response to initial call regarding a leaking roof. Completed the work the next day.
I recently had a branch break through the rubber roof of an extension of my home. This caused a leak into my first floor bathroom. I had three companies inspect the problem and explain their plan with me. ProMaster was thorough, clear, and extra helpful. They were the ONLY company to also ask to see the damages of the inside of the home to better assess the situation. They went above & beyond to ensure I received quality work. Now, I have a new roof and ceiling which I’m satisfied with.
Gelacio and crew did a great job replacing our roof, doing everything on time and for good price. Communication was excellent.
