“Our gas dryer stopped working and, after calling several repair places, I called Action Appliance after a friend's recommendation. Bill Grant answered right away, said he was 2 miles away, and would be there in 20 minutes. He showed up on time, found the problem, and replaced the part within 30 minutes at a reasonable price...especially considering how quickly he responded.
