It was wonderful working with Ben Martell from Control point! I was having trouble changing my HVAC filter and he came to our condo to help us out. He kindly showed us how to use, it bringing a new filter just in case we did not have one. After this he took the time to carefully check out our indoor and outdoor HVAC system, check the temperature of the heating from the vents and the thermostat too. He also made me aware of some products that could make our HVAC and hot water heater safer and last longer. He also offered a deal that helped me to schedule and pay for the the next maintenance service in an easier way. He thought of everything! Ben was also super kind, friendly, helpful and took the time to explain things and asked if there was anything else we needed.
