“Our technician was Michael. He did a very good job replacing a well water filter housing with a transparent version. As Becket residents we often try to book these jobs with Levernoch Plumbing (based in Washington) but they are frequently over booked. At the request of Sarah who works there she helped us overcome an initial problem where this work was not something LeProvost completes. If not for that miscue this company would have earned a 5th star. Although the charge to drive to Becket is $100 I consider them a reliable and nice group of people. Labor is in short supply in the hill towns and the housing stock is quite old. We appreciate them.”
