“We wanted a second hot water tank/heat pump installed in an area of our new house that was not getting enough hot water. Alpine helped us diagnose the problem, which included an area where pipes ran outside, exacerbating the problems we were experiencing, and offered a range of solutions.The work was completed promptly and 100% on budget, including re-routing the pipes to be totally indoors. The sales team, installer, and electrician were all top notch, and the new system is functioning perfectly. They even set it up so that when our older tank fails, we may be able to run exclusively off of our new heat pump. Either way that works out, we're totally satisfied with the new unit and how the job was completed, and would not hesitate to use Alpine again should the need arise.“
