Clean, bright, large, and easy to check out the merchandise. The past two times I purchased items through Cori, who was terrific. Genuinely interested in helping me. And provided some excellent design advice. I wanted my items asap, and she followed up to ensure they were in and called me. Very pleased. The customer service at the counter where you pay is also excellent. Prices are competitive. No need to shop on-line or anyplace else.“

The fuel isn't the cheapest around, but the warm, welcoming feeling I got on our first phone call, and each call after has made me a loyal customer. Response times are almost immediate. “Excellent friendly and quality service. Charlie is a great person and his staff are very professional. Our heating system was leaking and when they came to fix it, they found a blockage causing our system to run poorly and inefficiently. Since fixed, it no longer leaks and heats our home so much better. Out bill was even a bit cheaper! Will do business in the future“

“I called Randy Paris for a service call thinking my thermostat was faulty, Randy was willing to drive one out to my house (20 miles away) for the second time,(under warranty) I told him maybe a service maintenance was what I needed, Randy agreed,saying he would have someone out in the morning (His competitor put me off for 8 days…even knowing my family was cold)….8:30am….John Shows up on time…Friendly, Knowledgeable, and quick, I needed was a light maintenance, clean some drains, serviced my on-demand water heater. Within seconds my thermostat was functioning fine. Sorry to read other people’s reviews….Simply Ask for Randy tell him you read Wayne’s review and request John…..GREAT GUY!!! “What a great bunch of guys. Polite, very professional and treated our house with care. An Issue arose with our furnace motor at 730pm... By 815pm Mike North junior showed up diagnosed quickly and had the parts readily available to fix the issue. Within an hour and a 1/2 of my initial call we were back up and operating. Price was very fair and tech was very knowledgeable. My highest of recommendations for this customer service oriented local family business that does it right across the board.
