Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Albany
“I recently had upgrades/repairs made to my plumbing. Right from the first phone call to them to the very end I was working with professional people. No leaving messages on answering machines I got a real person who answered my questions, gave me an estimate, set up a time to come. The technicians, Thomas, Mamet, Mike and Leo were great to work with, came during the timeframe they specified, Went out of their way to get the exact item that I wanted and cleaned up their mess completely. They were very friendly and polite. I started dealing with this company 48 years ago when it used to be Farrell Brothers. Thank you guys!”
