I had such a GREAT experience with Nicole. I had been dealing with lower back and hip discomfort. Tried chiropractor, stretching and PT - not much help. After ONLY one session, woke up this am with NO hip or back discomfort. Was able to walk 3.5 miles with ABSOLUTELY NO hip pain. Cannot say enough....thank you Nicole!!! You are the best.
Our boiler wasn't communicating with the thermostat, and after we had 2 different teams (plumbers & hvac) look at it, Moran Mechanical Systems correctly diagnosed and repaired right when we were starting to wonder if anyone would be able to. Great customer service, and professionalism. Jeff answered our first call and scheduled an appointment, which they arrived at promptly. Highly recommend. Here we have gas and a Weil-Mclain boiler on a Honeywell wireless thermostat. They figured out that a thermostat/receiver outside the house was overriding the system, and they sorted it out.
Fairview roofing came and did our roof professionally and cleaned up any mess that goes along with roofing! They had every option of roofing materials to choose from. Over the years, Sara has made my hair look and feel like a million dollars. She takes the time to discuss exactly what is going to be done, with both our inputs. As I get more grey hair, the highlights have been aimed more towards how my hair will be growing out, and the best blend to do until my next appointment. I was especially thankful to Sara because my last visit I was on a strick budget, and my hair still came out amazing. Highly recommend!!
My Wife Rachel and I were away for the weekend visiting Lenox for the first time and both have very stressful jobs in healthcare. Jennifer was able to accommodate us both for separate 60 min consecutive massages on Saturday afternoon and we both must say, we received the best massage we have each ever have had!! Jennifer is an extremely talented and professional licensed massage therapist who makes you feel comfortable, relaxed and absolutely rejuvenated when you leave!! We are going to make it a point to travel back to Lenox every other month moving forward just to have Jennifer work her magic again!!

I wanted to share this story of stylist Victoria Roy Consolati. I’ve been going to her for years since her time at Terrace Hair Studio and I love my looks every time. But, this review isn’t for that. My friend is battling breast cancer and starts chemo next week. She wanted a “one more haircut before chemo” appointment, and I knew immediately who to ask. I asked Victoria if she had time this week and to let me know the final charge as I didn’t want my friend to pay. She was able to get her in on short notice. The final outcome came out BEAUTIFULLY, but when I texted Victoria for the total cost, she refused. She wouldn’t even give me her Venmo. Service like this goes an incredibly long way, and I’ll forever be recommending her services at whatever salon she works in.

Excellent deep tissue massage from Peter with his signature facial massage. I've been seeing him every few months for two years. I've found the facial massage literally 'uplifting.' So I am getting just a facial/neck massage in between my full massages. It's 20 minutes at $1/minute plus tip. Very invigorating. I'm 76 and my face definitely looks better!
We had a great experience with Tri-Town paving. Wayne is very professional. He kept in constant communication with us throughout the process. All of the employees were very professional kind and respectful. I own a business that's open 7 days a week and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend Tri-Town paving.

The lady serving me is very careful of my skin as I am 82. She tells me what she is doing to my skin as she is doing it. I am always comfortable with her. She is a gem!
