Our technician was Michael. He did a very good job replacing a well water filter housing with a transparent version. As Becket residents we often try to book these jobs with Levernoch Plumbing (based in Washington) but they are frequently over booked. At the request of Sarah who works there she helped us overcome an initial problem where this work was not something LeProvost completes. If not for that miscue this company would have earned a 5th star. Although the charge to drive to Becket is $100 I consider them a reliable and nice group of people. Labor is in short supply in the hill towns and the housing stock is quite old. We appreciate them.
Efficient
Dustin was great. We’d been living with a facet inside our basement instead of on the exterior of the house for years, which meant we had to connect and disconnect the hose every time we wanted to water the garden and leave the basement and garage doors open for the hose to be stretched out. Dustin installed a new faucet on the outside wall so we have much easier access for the hose hook up. We had a couple of small snags along the way which he fixed quickly and easily. All in all, a good experience.
