“New to the Berkshire's last June, We needed home heating oil delivery for the winter. Sav MOR accepted us as new customers when others would not. The fuel isn't the cheapest around, but the warm, welcoming feeling I got on our first phone call, and each call after has made me a loyal customer. Response times are almost immediate. We also had the oil gauge broke off our tank. Sav Mor was able to send someone out quickly to replace it. I am sincerely appreciative of the amazing customer service and friendly staff, I can't imagine working with anyone else for my home fuel needs.“

“I called Randy Paris for a service call thinking my thermostat was faulty, Randy was willing to drive one out to my house (20 miles away) for the second time,(under warranty) I told him maybe a service maintenance was what I needed, Randy agreed,saying he would have someone out in the morning (His competitor put me off for 8 days…even knowing my family was cold)….8:30am….John Shows up on time…Friendly, Knowledgeable, and quick, I needed was a light maintenance, clean some drains, serviced my on-demand water heater. Within seconds my thermostat was functioning fine. Sorry to read other people’s reviews….Simply Ask for Randy tell him you read Wayne’s review and request John…..GREAT GUY!!! Definitely use Pariseau heating & Cooling in the future…..“
“What a great bunch of guys. Polite, very professional and treated our house with care. An Issue arose with our furnace motor at 730pm... By 815pm Mike North junior showed up diagnosed quickly and had the parts readily available to fix the issue. Within an hour and a 1/2 of my initial call we were back up and operating. Price was very fair and tech was very knowledgeable. My highest of recommendations for this customer service oriented local family business that does it right across the board. Thanks again fellas! ??“

“We had an issue with furnace’s condensate pump and called around 12pm. A very helpful man answered the phone and told me he would call me back shortly. Within 10 minutes, he called back and said a technician would be out to see us within 15 minutes. This is by far the best service we’ve encountered from any local business.
