We've used them over the past 5 years for all our HVAC and Plumbing projects (installations, repairs, and emergencies) and have had great experiences working with everyone in the company, from the owner to the office to the techs.Recently our heat and hot water were forced off for over a week due to a clogged boiler flue from another company's mistake. When the other company dragged their feet on fixing the problem, Dells was able to squeeze us into their schedule and replace our water heater with an electric version in less than 2 days (was originally scheduled for later in the year) so we could finally have hot water again.Would recommend Dells to everyone.
