I wou not do business with this propane company. The service is slow. Been waiting for service all summer long. If you were waiting for propane during the winter you would be cold.

(Now Superior Plus Propane) Just found out about the 14 business day delivery delay (2026 FAQ in blog.) I ordered a week ago, but it will be almost two more weeks before I will be sure of delivery. I was at 20% now at 10%, the numbers do not look good...

We are a new customer to Osterman Propane. The customer service that I received went beyond my expectations. They came set up my tanks made sure everything was in working order .
