Our boiler suddenly stopped working and we were left without heat or hot water. A different boiler company tried to fix the boiler and instead made it worse. We called PIONEER PLUMBING, and RJ came over right away. RJ began troubleshooting and although the boiler was old, RJ recognized that in order to fix it he had to special order a part. Shortly after the part arrived, RJ came back and installed the part and was able to get our boiler up and running again! He didn’t give up on us! RJ is extremely thorough and gives honest prices. He came when we really needed him the most and we are so grateful that he did. After the job wad done, everything looked neat and clean and tidy. Clearly RJ has pride in his work. We highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing related issues/problems with their boiler.
