While accessing the plumbing a board my father once installed unexpectedly broke and he promised to fix it, returning only a few days later with all the supplies ready to install without hesitation. He is clean and fast. This was super helpful for my mom. For me, Mr. Sousa responds quickly all the time. He helped change up all my outdoor faucets which was great so I did not have to worry as winter came. Sometimes it can be hard to find someone willing to do even the small jobs, but he will definitely be the guy I call for a large job as well. He is the type of family business who will remember you.
