“I called Rob for help with one of my outdoor water spigots. Somehow it burst and sent water shooting out like a fire hydrant. He answered his phone at 6:30am, which I just thought I was going to leave a message, and was pleasant as can be. He asked for pictures of the pipe, etc, and I sent them later when I arrived home from work. Within 15 minutes, Rob called and told me how to repair it myself. He came out next day. When he showed up I mentioned water hammer in my dishwasher and he agreed to install an arrester on the spot as well as replace other leaking pressure valves that I had not noticed when I made the first call.
