PureComfort Heating, Air & Electric
“We have used this HVAC company several times, and every visit has been excellent. No matter what heating or furnace service we needed, their technicians handled the work professionally and with real care. During a routine heating system inspection, Russell found signs of a past fire issue inside one of our heating units. They explained the problem clearly, recommended a safe solution, and quickly scheduled the furnace replacement. Within just a couple of days, the crew returned, removed the old unit, and completed the new furnace installation in less than a day. After many years in Hopkinton, it is rare to find an HVAC service team this reliable, honest, and skilled. This is a dependable local business that stands behind its heating work and puts customer safety first. Their careful inspection and fast response gave us real peace of mind, and we truly believe their attention to detail may have helped protect our home. We highly recommend them for furnace service, heating repair, and annual HVAC maintenance.”
