“Several days before Christmas my 21 year old gas furnace decided to not function. I called All Temp in Milford, MA which I have used for many years to service my furnace and central air conditioner and they came to the house and got the furnace going and said It needed a new part to keep it running, which they put in the next day. The furnace did work but only for a few days. I called the owner of All Temp, Bob and he told me they were all booked up until January 2nd. Bob told me the cost of the project and I agreed to have it done on the second of January. The crew of four arrived at 8:30 AM and we had heat by 1:15 PM.They explained the operation of the new thermostat and left us to enjoy having heat. I called the next morning and asked if someone could come by and explain the operation of the new thermostat which they did.They left their work area clean and neat and shut off all the lights and locked the bulkhead .I would recommend All Temp to anyone looking for good service and good products.“

“Cannot speak highly enough of Rocha. He has previously done repairs and a service of my HVAC. The repair job was done at short notice after hours. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and repair at reasonable costs.We then had Rocha help with our renovation project. He extended a new duct for our existing HVAC and installed a new heat pump. He worked quickly within the contractor's timelines who was impressed enough to now be using him for other jobs.I cannot say enough positive things about Rocha. “The electricians that came out to install a new level 2 charger for my electric vehicle were on time, courteous and the job was completed in the time window estimated at the initial inspection. The reason for only 4 stars is that the electrician was not will trained on electrical vehicle charging current limits and breaker settings. Though when we were initially talking about the job on arrival I time him the reason I had purchased a hardwired EVSE was that I wanted to have access to the full 48 amp charging rate my car (Chevrolet Bolt EUV) can use. That would require a 60 amp breaker. If you use an EVSE with a plug, then you are limited to a 50 amp breaker and can only charge at a max of 40 amps (80% rule).However, when the job was done, I noticed there was only a 50 amp breaker added. The electrician initially tried to tell me that was indeed the right one, but when I politely pointed out the above limitations, he agreed to look in the manual again. After verifying the manufacturers instructions matched my understanding, he was able to swap out the breakers (which were fortunately stocked in the truck).I would suggest that Rodenhiser invest in some additional staff training to help ensure that the electricians sent out on these jobs are more familiar with the equipment, amp levels, etc. Electric Vehicles aren't new anymore, so please help ensure your staff are ready and able to install this type of equipment.“

“We woke up Christmas Eve morning and our heat was broken….It was absolutely frigid and approximately 20 degrees outside and only 40 degrees in the house; it was so cold in the house that you could literally see your breath, inside. We called Regan HVAC and although we were on hold for a little, when we got through, we spoke with Jessica, who was SO nice and understanding. As expected, they were absolutely slammed due to the winter storm the night prior. Jessica explained that they were really busy, but they’d send someone out ASAP. About an hour later, the technician Joe arrived at the house. He fixed the heat within 5 minutes and explained the issue in detail and offered solutions. Although, he couldn’t permanently repair the issue as he didn’t have the parts, he still made sure the heat was working before leaving. He said he had about 13 calls after us to go to, but he didn’t rush the repair and was very clear, patiently answering the questions we had. “A neighbor referred me to Di Matteo Plumbing. I was looking at replacing an old water heater 50 gal tank to a small energy efficient tankless water heater. I had received quotes for several big name plumbing companies in the area. This was a bigger job but I did some research on costing etc and the big companies were off the reservation. DiMatteo was the only company that provided me a reasonable quote and I liked the idea of the father/son family concept. I didn't really vet whether they did these changeouts but entrusted them with the project. I was NOT disappointed. Enio guided by dad did a BANGOUT JOB. They did go above and beyond my expectations. They came on-time, did the job in the expected timeframe and built a custom shelf for the water to be snuggly mounted into the wall. The only hiccup in the operation was when my dog Cosmo took the liberty of introducing himself to Enio's dad. Enio's dad does not like dogs. They even fixed the blemishes that the other high priced plumbers left without asking. 5 stars. I highly recommend Di Matteo plumbing.“
