As David told me after the job was complete, he was expecting to come to my house to swap out a few defective breakers. When he opened the panel door it looked like a pinball machine with lights flashing on all the breakers.After some diagnosis David and his crew were able to determine that components of the outside meter had corroded, causing one of the two "leads" going into the panel to deliver just a small fraction of the power it should have.
